Amazing
SSusan DanielThis property has its pros and cons. It definitely has a certain demographic that it plays to, or is probably more tuned in to. That demographic is young people in their 20s and maybe early 30s. It’s very hip and clubby like.
PROS
Clean
Polite and helpful staff
Extremely comfy beds
Priced nicely for a smaller budget
Decorated very college dorm like
Technology was pretty cool
CONS
Ridiculously small rooms
The bed is against the wall on one side so you have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed.
There is no parking. It’s very expensive on the street or in a lot. The hotel does not have its own parking.
You kind of feel like you’re in a club with the kind of music they use as background music.

DDoudou333333This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal.

Great
FfreeannySuitable for family travel, the hotel is in a convenient location and has newer facilities. The hotel environment is also good. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, which is very practical.
LLovely small white酒店close rink is very convenient to us. But the pool is very small. Maybe it need to increase the number of staff, only one front staff when check out, spend a long time for waiting.
LLatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Very Good
LLesliedu1896The location of the hotel is good. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. However, the facilities are relatively old and the lock of the room I checked in was broken.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
GGuest UserWe stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
GGuest UserMy flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.
