Great
GGuest UserGuest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel that is on walking distance from Beale street. They have swimming pool inside, but no jacuzzi, even though I saw it on one of the pictures when booking. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $35 a day.
GGuest UserThis hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserOverall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.
KKristan SnyderOne of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.
HHQuiet location (about 30 mins to downtown) and good breakfast. The housekeeping service is almost nonexistent. Our sofa bed didn’t have sheets and there was none in the closet. Despite calling the reception desk to get that, they didn’t send any. We had to go downstairs to ask personally and collect the sheets. Okay experience overall.
MMelva Nashthe room I suppose to have they gave it to someone else than when the people in my party check in for their room they got their room we suppose to have but they ended haven't to check out of it cause it was nasty and dirty
