Centrally located to lots of Cape Cod adventures. Very well maintained resort. Beds were 5 star comfort. Staff is very friendly.Brewster offers a lot of locations attractions with great dining choices. Highly recommend.

My two young adult daughters and I stayed here mid August on a short trip to the Cape. The weather was cold and rainy but we found plenty to do within close proximity to the resort. Also, borrowed board games from the front desk area and made use of the indoor pool. Condo itself was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.

The trip was perfect for our family of 6. The location was 5-10 mins to multiple beaches. The information details provided at the front desk made it so easy to find location places to shop and visit. They also have basketball, tennis, and a game room that was great for kids of all ages! Also, two swimming pools! Definitely will be coming back!

Getting a timeshare in Brewster is great - and the space in each unit is fantastic, but this place just doesn't say Cape Cod. The units are very drab & dark. You could literally be in the middle of Ohio and have the same room style. Some units have decks or patios but many of the decks are really old. If you have a 3 bedroom unit beware that upstairs gets pretty warm! Oh and the wifi is awful. No food on site. There's 2 pools and I prefer the indoor one as the outdoor one has a chainlink fence and is pretty much in the parking lot. It's usually pretty cold. Many staff members sre super helpful but it just doesn't feel the same since Travis left. I think he was a manager is was super friendly and accommodating. He even ran tennis lessons. Overall it is sufficient at best, but just does't have a Cape Cod vibe at all.

The staff was excellent on check in and helping when my car wouldn't start one evening. Great spacious units and decor, quiet atmosphere & really enjoyed the hotub and pool area that was easy to walk to.

Great Resort Staff was very helpful and courteous. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Also it was well stocked. Grounds are well kept and clean. We will be coming back as soon as we get a chance. Had a great week!
