Really a budget hotel, but perfect for one night stopover.
I wouldn’t stay here for a week to see the surroundings, it’s only an industrial area. But for one night, ok!

Easy to find with navigator, near at Rostock outlet market area. Outlet area was smll and here was maybe 10 shops.
A vaccination certificate was not enough, a quick test of covid19 must to be take at the hotel (7 €ur / person).
Breakfast was ok.

Perfect for us for one night. The room is tiny and clean. Good parking space, very neat even there. Helpful staff👍🏻 didn’t order breakfast so can’t really leave a comment here. The bathroom is super tiny but it’s expected. Would definitely recommend
