The hotel lobby has coffee and drinks. It is the only four-star hotel with such considerate service. Check-in takes a long time, but everything is explained clearly.

This hotel is in the center of Budapest Down Town, the center of the shopping area. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fine. The advantage is the location.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. We booked a room with bath and balcony but the hotel only received the corner room order which turned out to be a problem from the supplier. I hope this doesn’t happen again. But c trip is good with after sales. But hope they pay more attention to supplier management.

Everything was just great!
We were accommodated on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard, but in the case of this hotel it was one of the best stays :)
“Smart” room, the air conditioning system works perfectly. Cleaning was carried out daily, everything was replenished and changed. Nespresso coffee machine in room. The receptionist was extremely friendly and provided slippers and bathrobes.
You can sit in the courtyard; on the 0th floor (reception) they serve cappuccino and apples.
The location of the hotel is great, close to shops, the positive impressions of the trip are also thanks to the hotel!
