We check in very late and very tired, so only can share my experience base on the room . comfortable beds and very clean, beautiful design of shower room and the TV decoration also unique Since we must check out early morning so we can't enjoy the breakfast Check in process is very fast, and she's really known her job, I forgot her name, she's very pretty too She offer us to visit famous destination nearby, but we are too tired already Overall it's very nice hotel , highly recommended

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

Overall good, there is Chinese food nearby, close to tourist attractions such as the Capitol; pay attention to not live in a room close to the main road. Too noisy!

The hotel is not modern century, but the service, food and customer service where exceptional! Pricing wasn't bad either. We choose to pay in American Money, and it was so affordable. The food provided which was included in our stay was so wonderful! If you're not going to be at your hotel for most of the day, and need to eat a great breakfast and/or dinner, this is your place! Clean room everyday! Really enjoyed my stay.

How a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables. Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner. Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons. A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7. Right next to Florida Calle for money changing. Closest subway is 2 minutes away. Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer. I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia. Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Booked online based upon recommendation from nearby hospital I was visiting. Room rate for high season was very reasonable…and it is located just one block from the Florida Street shopping and galeria! Very clean, quiet and team was outstanding in guest support, tips and recommendations for things to do (and watch out for). I collaborated online to arrange transportation from EZE (an hour away in traffic) for my pickup, as well as for my trip to the hospital and back to EZE. Billing was made to the hotel, very easy to coordinate! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful options. Well worth staying here…I will come back on future trips to BA!

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and it takes less than ten minutes to walk. From the hotel, walk to May Square, July 9th Avenue, the obelisk, and the Port Madeira area are very close. If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. At first glance, you are a foreigner and take the initiative to help you call a taxi to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver, and avoid being slaughtered by the taxi driver. Not all rooms have electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos cup to the bar to ask for hot water.

Incredible attention from the staff! From prior contact before arriving and during your stay. Every day they ask if you need anything... They guide you without hesitation to reach any destination you want to visit. The warmth and predisposition. Featured. The impeccable apartment!!!! I come back! No doubts!
