Lafayette was an easy place to stay, though the lighting as we entered the lobby made it feel like an old movie set for a film noire....; parking was easy ($15 overnight); the walk to the ballpark was very easy; the room was really nice, though the tv placement was a bit odd, and the bed a bit soft. After the game, we looked for some food/snacks and even the restaurants were closing their kitchens, and the hotel had nothing other than the closed coffee shop. Otherwise, great room, neat hotel (amazing history), very nice staff, and a great location for downtown Buffalo (way nicer than we imagined)...especially to see a Bisons game.
