Terrible experience. All night was full of doors slamming, people screaming and hollering, kids crying. Not a place you would want to stay if you are trying to get any rest. And also not the cleanest. Never again.

Upon entering the place and seeing how old and dirty it was (plus the empty parking with 3 cars)!I asked for my $ back but the guy behind the counter said we could leave but no $ would be refunded. First room we checked into had a foul smell.The open window and the AC on when we walked in was a def clue) We couldn’t stand it so got a diff room. The AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep. NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.!!!!! Place is in dire need of a cleaning job and new quiet AC units. Not recommended!!!

My wife and I enjoyed a spotlessly clean room with a frig, microwave, and comfortable seating. The breakfast provided was good and started the day perfectly. Room service was available upon request. Its location is across the river from beautiful casinos, a mere 10-minute drive away.

The room was decent for the price. The floor needed sweeping and a mop. We did see a dead small roach. The room had a mild stench of mildew due to whoever cleaned it didn’t use a cleaning spray. Overall not bad but not the best to stay. For the price you really can’t complain.

This time is my second time staying here, the first time the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and the kitchen staff who served breakfast was very rude and this time the room had a dirty floor, and at breakfast time we arrived at 9:30 am with my family and the same thing happened, the woman who refills the food was very rude. At that time there was no food left. We asked her about milk for the children. She didn't even answer us. Other people asked her. the front desk person said I don't know? They were very rude, there are better motels with better service.
