Clean and cozy apartments are located near the metro, easy to get to any part of the city. The room has everything you need.

This is my second time staying at Urban Stay. The location is really good! It doesn't even take 3-4 minutes on foot from Yeonsan Station. The bus stop is right in front, and the building itself is clean. However, there was some water stains and mold on the shower head and shower head hanger in the bathroom, so I was reluctant to use it. ㅠㅠ I was able to use it with peace of mind because there was sealing tape on the shampoo, body wash, etc. But the mold was a little disappointing. ㅠㅠ It was nice that they listened to my other requests. The check-in time was late, but I was able to store my luggage, so it wasn't too inconvenient - I'd like to use it again if only the cleanliness was improved.

There was a long hair stuck to the towel, so it felt dirty when I was drying myself. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

This is a place in the middle of Yeonsan-dong. There are entertainment areas right around the place, such as karaoke bars and bars frequented by old men, but if you go a little further, it's okay.

There's a mini washing machine inside, an iron, coffee capsules, a nice shower room, a kitchen counter, and even a refrigerator!! It was a nice stay in a pretty studio with a great space design.

I had a comfortable stay and left~! Thank you^^ The location is very close to the station. It is easy to move around and it feels like an officetel, so it is comfortable~

I always visit here with satisfaction, but the room condition is generally good, but the room I stayed in this time had some rust on the sink area, maybe because the facilities were old. But overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
