Busan Hotels with Airport pickup service

I chose this hotel as it was a 5-7minute walk to the train station, bus stations and Busan KTX station. It is close to must-visit places and when i was going to check-in, I didn’t have to climb flights of stairs or steep slopes. The place is close to convenience stores and food places that open till midnight. The hotel is located around developed spaces so you won’t hear construction or road noises. As for my room, i stayed at lv7 with a nice view facing busan station (1 queen 1 single room). The bed was soft and comfy that i almost had difficulty waking up 🤣. The room and facilities are very clean and well maintained with more than sufficient charging points. The staffs were really helpful and kind which made our stay enjoyable. They provided us with detergent for washing facilities and larger towels as i was a bigger sized dude and the small towel was not enough for me. Overall, i will definitely be back here if im heading to busan in the near future.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

Really good location and my room had an amazing view of the Busan tower. Would highly recommend! If you arrive early for your booking they will also hold onto your luggage for you so you don’t have to carry it around with you

Everything is beyond my expectation. The hotel is within 3min walk from LRT Seobusan Yutongjiru Station (the one right before Gimhae International Airport Station). The lobby is a bit karaoke house likewise due to its lights & decoration setup, but there is no disgusting noise at all, so it is not a big problem. The room is quite spacious & well-equipped. The bathroom is very large with a giant bath tub, a shower stand & a modern toilet. There is also free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. I can't complain anything about the service at that very reasonal price.

The location was good. I'm satisfied with this price! facilities too. It was clean. Above all, the location was good, so it was convenient to go around. There is a convenience store nearby, and a pork soup restaurant is also nearby^^*

At first I thought it would be a renovated love hotel, but my family and I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and it was conveniently located close to food stalls, Jagalchi Market, Busan Tower, Lotte Mart, etc. The room is large, with separate toilet and bath. The bathtub was large enough for children ages 3 and 5 to lie down in, and there were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one in the room. Water bottles and toiletries, from cleansing to emulsion, are set up in your room every day. Everyone at the front desk also provided a pleasant service every day. There is also a laundry room in the basement. The only thing that bothered me was that the window was adjacent to the building next door, so I couldn't see the brightness outside even in the morning. However, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price compared to other hotels, so I was very satisfied with the result!

Easy to come and travel

The facilities are clean as a whole. Very good, because it is very close to Haenv Village~ but the only downside seems to be that the room is a bit cramped~ Other than that, everything is fine!

-I booked superior double room with a request for extra Korean bedding. Staff upgraded us to triple room. -The hostel is located very close to Seomyeon Station, Exit 9. -Breakfast is not offered but there are a number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby so this is not an issue. -Room prices are very affordable -Vary spacious room with complete amenities (toiletries, slippers, hair dryer) -Very large smart TV in our room! -The bathroom in our room did not seem to have an exhaust fan or it did, it did not seem to be working. - The older lady manning the reception had trouble understanding initially,..but something that Google translate solved easily. :)
