I stayed at Amenida Residences Calgary on August 26 and had a very positive experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable, providing a restful stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of hospitality and attentiveness. I was particularly impressed by the general manager, who personally called me shortly after check-in to ensure that everything met my expectations. This level of service is commendable. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here at the end of June 2024. I would like to start off by saying that the girls at the front desk were lovely and professional and I do not blame them for anything that happened. However, the management leave a lot to be desired. There was a major disruption to our check in as I had booked two rooms with 2 queen beds in each. It seems it doesn't matter what you have booked, they will give your room away! Do not overbook your hotel if you do not have any solutions to the problems that will arise because of this. We had to settle for camp beds being put into the rooms instead. I was told I would get a 20% reduction on the bill which I am still waiting on.

Amenities listed are not available, there is a pool but it’s condemned by the city, there is air conditioning but you’re lucky if the room you get has a working unit, there’s no bottled water, the rooms are filthy, no food or bar available, it’s absolutely not what’s advertised. If you want bare bones, just a place to sleep kind of hotel, sure. It’s an old run down hotel that is on its last leg.

First off the front desk girls were very nice and helpful. When I first went to my room there was a slight smell but it wasn't a deal breaker. I didn't know the tv was broken when I first got there because I just went to sleep. Day two I woke up and noticed my tv kept shutting off and there was paint pulling off the ceilings in the washroom and sink/closet area. The bed was super comfy and clean thankfully. Tried to get another tv but they instead wanted to give me another room and charge me another pet cleaning fee which I refused. The lrt and train literally sounds and feels like it's right outside my window. I was awakened many times over 5 nights. I was there 5 nights and my room wasn't freshened up and cleaned once which I was very surprised. The pictures on their website and actual room wasn't the same. I paid 96 bucks night was pretty good even having a tv a watch . At least their wifi was decent.

From my experience, the service is great as I need an immediate room change (wrong room) free of charge. The hotel room is clean and they prepared it fast. The pool is also open but I did not visit. The downside is that I deposited roughly $200 and it was not returned almost a month later as they said it would be deposited after 4-7 business days.
