It is a very old hotel, rooms smell very bad and when you report this to reception you are told it is normal, we cannot do anything about it, you paid €140 per night and that is a lite room? And I'll spare you the rest, in short, just an old, dirty hotel.

Had a great holiday with a friend for 6 nights in the last week of September 2024. Hotel was lovely and modern, very clean and really spacious. The twin room (424) was a nice size with a great balcony/view of the beach. We opted for bed and breakfast when booking so did not have any dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast we had was fantastic. There was a huge selection of both hot and cold foods, cereals, cakes, breads and fruit also. We particularly liked the amount of coffee and juice machines available. Staff were nice, pools were night and spacious and there was plenty of sun beds. For us, the location was perfect. Right at the edge of Paguera main *****, it’s 50 metres from the start of the restaurants etc, but at the same time pretty quiet in the evening so when you’re done, you can comfortably walk back for a good nights sleep. If I’m being super picky, I think they need more cutlery at breakfast. It’s not the staffs fault at all, but the shear amount of foot traffic during breakfast meant there was often no knives and forks straight away, you had to search for them or wait for the next clean lot to come out. All in all, I would recommend this great hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paguera.

Couldn't fault the hotel - wonderful beach front location, spotless, everything in working order, friendly staff, great entertainment, seriously comfortable beds, superb breakfast - so why not all 5 stars? Because the hotel was stylish but generic, which suits many but could have been anywhere and I would have liked it to have a little more Spanish flavour, maybe art, or colour, or tiles etc. Otherwise perfect!

Un 10/10 hotel muy bonito, buena relación calidad precio, con muy buenas instalaciones, comida, es pequeño pero eso hace que tengas todo mas cerca, además está muy bien ubicado con muy buen acceso al transporte público y el centro al lado. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y equipadas con todo lo necesario, como critica constructiva cambiaría la disposición del baño, el wc y el lavabo no están colocados muy ergonomicamente y se pisa uno con otro cuando te sientas. Pero lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el personal muy buena atención tanto en bares, recepción y sobre todo la animación que ha sido impresionante cabe destacar el increíble trabajo de Dani, Isa, Lukas, Ana, Pedro, Wiwi y Saray que han sido muy amables y han ayudado a que tuviera una mejor estancia en el hotel. Muy recomendable a quien este pensando ir.

This is not a 4star hotel.We payed for a luxury room that was very basic at the best.It was clean with a good shower.The view is outstanding.The hotel is not wheelchair friendly.I complained to the hotel manager he explained in an arrogant manner it is possible to walk around the outside of the hotel to get to the restaurant not acceptable.the staff are friendly with the exception of the manager.The food is mostly cold but there is a microwave available.The food is very poor quality and choice but we are still alive.The sunbeds around the pool are comfortable.The entertainment is average Again the location is beautiful the highlight of the hotel.I would never go back because of the poor quality food the worste we have ever had.

The hotel Is great, just next to the beach. Web bought all inclusive package. The food And drinks are exactly what we needed. Special thanks to the personal of the hotel. Lukas was very friendly And helpfull person. Definetly we Will come back next year.

Napiszę to w języku Polskim bo chce zachęcić Polaków do odwiedzania tego miejsca. Hotel jest w bardzo ładnej lokalizacji, moim zdaniem najlepszym hotelem jest właśnie hotel Vibra. Patrząc na okolice to najlepsze widoki ma właśnie ten hotel. Co do obsługi…. Najszczersze gratulacje dla Pana Mamadou oraz Lukasa. Mamadou to barista który robi najlepszą atmosferę na barze, jest prze super gościem na odpowiednim miejscu. Polecam spróbować u niego drink ala Mamadou Speciales odkryliśmy go właśnie my z kolegami ( jest najlepszy ). Pan Lukas - mówi po Polsku, jest super zabawnym oraz pomocnym facetem. Jeśli są jakiekolwiek problemy, pytania czy cokolwiek - to Lukas zawsze znajdzie rozwiązanie i pomoże. Jedzenie - tu nie ma co dużo mówić, jedzenie europejskie dobre… śniadanie obiad kolacja w allinclusive w formie bufetu, prze różne pozycje do wybrania. Polecam ( zawsze pełne brzuchy) Z minusów - soki są albo za słodkie. ( i to tak słodkie że aż się pić nie da) albo zbyt rozwodnione… najlepiej nalewać sobie Cole, sprite, itd z nalewakow bądź sama wodę Minusem ostatnim to chyba fakt że same niemieckie bohemuty tu są. Więc wszystkie stare emeryty właśnie tu przesiadują, rzadko spotka się jakaś fajna czikas… Ale ogólnie polecam mocno
