This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to California, USA. The room is large and there is a fireplace for heating. The environment is very good. It is right on the beach. You can watch the sunset around the bonfire and watch the groups of people standing on the beach. Seabirds, you can also play on the beach, the service is very good, thank you to Ctrip customer service for helping to book this hotel.

The location was fabulous. Just what we wanted !!The check in process was a little tedious but we got processed in time according to their guide. Was hoping to check in earlier.

There was a problem with the water - none in the rooms but by evening it was re rectified. Employees were friendly and polite. Enjoyed our stay!

A four night stay. The weather was cooler than we expected. The room was conveniently located near the ocean. The pool and spa were perfect as was the fireplace. The room itself was comfortable, but the beds and carpet, not so much. We didn't ask for maid service as we cleaned up after ourselves and threw away the trash and placed the used towels in the maids hamper. The fella who checked us in on Wednesday, Zach I think, was very nice and courteous. Parking was easy, right up to the door. All in all a nice , but aged property.

This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was close to some great restaurants. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to walk across the street to the beach, and shopping downtown on mainstreet was fun

Good location but the room smelled like there was mold. The bathroom needs updating, the bathtub paint was already chipping. Staff was very noisy in the morning, which is not fun when you’re trying to rest on vacation.
