Motel 6 Camp Springs, DC - South Camp Springs

It was a nice stay

Room had Roaches and was dirty and the manager was extremely rude.

The overall room itself was ok. However we asked for a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room anyway. When I asked the lady at the front desk if we could switch rooms she told me that there was nothing she could do, because she "just assigns the rooms". The smell of cigarettes was so bad I was getting headaches every time I came back into the rooms and when I left all of my clothes reeked of cigarettes.

Room was clean. Towels a bit rough. They should be replaced. Room was re-done. Tub old, & not refurbished. Served its purpose for sleeping. Very close to ******.

Horrible and the receptionist had a nasty attitude.

Woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful!

Shower was not working probably told the manager on duty and still nothing happened

ARRIVE BEFORE 10 PM!!! If you arrive before 10 p.m., I heard that you can get decent/good and expedient service. I got in from a delayed flight, and did not get to the hotel until around 10:30, but I could not check in until 11:10 pm since there was no worker at the check-in desk. He was outside hanging out with drinking friends outside and hadn't realized that guests were in line until just after 11 pm In my room, one of the chairs was cracked and ready to break if you were to lean back in it. But, at least it was the chair further away from the door, so less guests will notice. Sink was cracked, but worked. And things were definitely wiped down, but not sure how clean they were, with the visible creamy white wipe marks. At least the beds seemed fine though. Not very close to the city's public transit. Overall, Beds are okay, I would highly recommend staying at a different location. Definitely the worst service that I have ever had, but only the second worst room that I've stayed in.
