I just left a stay of 2 nights a day short. The worst service and facilities I have ever stayed at. Upon check in staff was very nice except she explained terms and conditions after charging the room. The room charges are non refundable after signing document. First night stay the A/C did not work at all. After mentioning numerous times noone came to fix it not the day of nor the day after. The TV nor the lights at the vanity sink, did not work as well. The pool was extremely dirty. I have no idea how one would swim in it. Super loud at night! After hunting down front desk staff though the facility becasue the doors of front offcie was locked all three times I went at 9pm, I found staff at the restaurant wich told me she was on break and I complained that the A/C, the TV nor the light worked, i was told she would check if I could switch rooms. At this point I decided to leave the property without a refund. I will never return to this hotel and will pass the word along so noone I know will have this experience.

La experiencia fue super! Todo el personal es bien atento, las facilidades son cómodas y limpias. La comida excelente. Lo recomiendo para toda la familia. Regresaremos el año que viene de seguro. La comida super buena. Muy agradecido y nos fuimos felices!!

Terrible experience. Do not believe the pictures. Dirty place, room Terrible and bathroom even worst. Clogged drain, moldy shower, not shower head, dirty pool and landscaping. Bugs in the room. The place looks like a horror movie. Not worth the price.

Mi familia disfrutó mucho de estas facilidades. Cuentan con una hermosa piscina y varias áreas de entretenimiento para niños. Definitivamente un buen escape familiar, a minutos de la playa y restaurantes. La comida del restaurante es excelente.

Good stay at Solace by the Sea.. The staff at the offices and on site perform their duties above and beyond expectations. My room was clean and well maintained. Parking is always sufficient. I have no complaints. The management should know that their employees reflect the high standards of hospitality services. Well done and thanks!! La atención del personal excelente, lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo de la planta física. El hotel no está para nada parecido a las imágenes que presenta en internet. El lugar se ve pobre, sucio y en abandono.

Servicio pésimo, llegamos miercoles y volvieron a limpiar la habitación viernes y porque fuimos a las 3pm a reclamar la limpieza de la habitación, aun asi solo mapearon el piso y pusieron toallas limpias, las camas sin cambiar no dejaron nisiquiera las sabanas para hacerlo uno mismo. El dia que llegamos la habitación que nos dieron el aire sonaba muy feo ok nos dieron otra habitación pero se notaba que no estaba limpia un olor fuerte a humedad hasta en la sabanas. Es la segunda vez que vamos la primera vez nos encantó por eso volvimos, la limpieza tremenda, ahora no se que les pasó.
