해당 호텔을 예약했으나 over booking 이라는 이유로 다른 호텔로 안내를 받았습니다.
새로 안내 받은 호텔은 Dong lai 라는 호텔로 town 과는 다소 떨어져 있는 위치입니다. (택시 8만동 요구)
Dong lai 호텔은 새로지은 호텔로 청결하고 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다.
해당 응옥 아인은 내부는 보지 못했으나 위치 면에서는 매우 훌륭합니다. (town 도보 이동 편리)

We booked this hotel room via Trip.com but when we arrived there, there was no room available.  The host didn’t look surprised. He didn’t wanna see our reservation number or reference. He diverted to nearby hotel, in pretty bad conditions. We noticed later on that the price of the new hotel was less than half what we paid initially . No refund, no explanations, no breakfast ( even if included in our reservation).
Probably the owner is not happy with Trip.com reservation customers , he’s using the platform for publicity, but then he accept only people that booked with him directly. It was totally a scam. I really bad experience .

Scam, this “hotel” (more like a hostel) is one of the worst places I have ever been at. We needed to wait for 15 minutes just to ask for someone to bring us toilet paper and new towels because they don’t clean the rooms when you are there. The room smelled like sweat and mold I hated every second in the hotel The only good thing about this place is that it’s near the Main Street

The worst “hotel” (kind of hostel) that i have ever been at, the facilities of the hotel is worst, a lot of mold on the walls, bad beds, The shower looks horrible and the smell is just terrible in the room. if u want to suffer go to this “hotel” Don’t recommend at all

Tôi đã có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời khi tới đây , theo như bản thân tôi cảm nhận nơi đây có không gian sạch sẽ , thoáng mát , view rất đẹp, dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt và nhân viên lại còn nhiệt tình nói chung là recommend mọi người nên đến đây ạ , chắc chắn không có điểm nào để chê luôn .

Renting a room in EXECUTIVE TWIN ROOM is advised to accommodate 4 people, but I find it quite spacious for 6 people, which is also comfortable. The room is super large, clean, airy, bright, and has a super beautiful view of the sea. The staff is enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful and extremely polite to customers
