Si vas a catania con un grupo de amigos este es tu hotel, es verdad que esta alejado del centro pero vale la pena. Nuestra estancia de 5 dias ha sido muy buena. Mencionar especialmente a salvo y sofia, los recepcionista, que han sido una grata sorpresa. Atentos, agradables, serviciales…en resumen, un 10! Si volvemos algun dia a catania este es nuestro hotel, sin duda!

Partiamo dal presupposto che non ho prenotato io questo albergo. Gestito da teenager, carini ed educati, ma teenager, struttura assolutamente fuori mano. La mia stanza aveva delle finestrelle che davano su un cortile interno, praticamente dentro casa di altri. Bagno cieco senza ventola, la pressione dell acqua spariva all improvviso, prodotti da bagno non da 4 stelle. Pulizia da rivedere assolutamente. Colazione scarsa scarsa, c era una torta ammuffita… insomma c’è molto molto da rivedere, per essere buoni

Questa struttura in un quartiere residenziale non lontano dal centro risulta poco curata in vari servizi,uno di questi trovare una bottiglietta d’acqua aperta nel frigorifero,ma anche la colazione povera ,con poca sicilianita’.La reception imprecisa non sa indicare locali per mangiare nelle vicinanze. Dispiace perché la cortesia dello staff è presente,e sono ragazzi giovani,ed è la base per migliorare.

A good hotel but it is definitely not a four star but an excellent three star. Friendly staff clean room negative note in the shower an orange layer I think it was limescale.

When I asked for an additional pillow they had no pillow available. Terrible way of welcoming customers. The supplied pillow was as if it wasn't there. I would recommend that the problem be taken care of by those responsible. Is absurd

Shame!!! After booking the day before, we show up at 9.30pm and they tell us that the reservation wasn't there because the employee from the day before had forgotten it. What was even more shameful was that despite the fact that we were with two small children, the concierge replied that he couldn't do anything and when asked to at least show us another hotel he told us that he couldn't help us. All this despite the fact that we told him we were there because the child was having surgery the next morning. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
