The place is modern, clean, and has a full kitchen. Despite being on a busy street with lots of buses, it's surprisingly quiet and close to the center, park, and many restaurants. Before booking, contact the owners to confirm which specific apartment you'll be getting, as they have multiple with all the pictures grouped together.

Buona la localizzazione e la pulizia ma… …ma la struttura era troppo piccola per 3 persone e veniva data con una superficie di 45 m mentre arrivava a malapena a 35. Le foto sono ingannevoli perché si riferiscono a tutti gli appartamenti e non sai quale sarà il tuo. Abbiamo chiesto uno stendino che non é mai arrivato rendendo quindi inutile la presenza della lavatrice. Veniva indicata come patio la presenza di un minuscolo balconcino. Le attrezzature di cucina sono insufficienti se si vuol cucinare e l’assenza della cappa riempie il locale di fumo e odori. Ultima cosa: siamo stati contattati verso le 9 per sapere se svevamo Liberato l’appartamento mentre l’orario di uscita é prevista per le 11.

Ho soggiornato per 5 notti con 2 amiche in questa bellissima struttura in centro a Catania. L'appartamento è stupendo: ampi spazi, modernità degli arredi, pulizia, centralità. Posizionato in Via Etnea, una delle principali vie dello shopping catanese, fornita di bar, negozi e tanti altri servizi. Siamo state comodissime in 3 in un appartamento che poteva ospitare fino a 4 persone. Molto bella la verandina dove intrattenersi nelle calde serate estive. Dotato di comodo ascensore e angolo cottura con tutta la dotazione necessaria. Unica nota negativa: il parcheggio. Purtroppo Catania è caotica e trovare un parcheggio può diventare complicato. Tuttavia nella zona ci sono parcheggi custoditi. Raccommandatissimo.

Had a 3 day visit in Sicily: one day in Catania, second day visited Taormina and 3rd visited Syracuse. The Ferrini home appartment is a small, modest and confortable. For families with up to 2 children is a very good choice.

I want to share with you my biggest disappointment from this place. We had our flight transferred to another town (because of Etna airport was closed) and we had our reasons not to leave because of all the inconvenience and worries around the volcano. Ferrini didn't show any kind of understanding on the issue and didn't want to compensate even partially, also didn't want to issue a voucher. Also you cannot reach anyone on the phone, they will just not pick up or call you back. The only ways of communication is whatsapp. I am sure the homes they manage will be like the poor customer service and lack of personal approach. It is force major - volcano closed the airport.

This apartment was in a great location for what we wanted to do in Catania. We could walk to everything. The 2 bedroom apartment we shared was very clean, secure, and had everything we needed. The host greeted us and was very cordial. It was nice to find a bottle of Sicilian wine waiting for us as our trip from the airport took a lot longer than expected due to a mechanical issue our car service had. I kept the informed of our progress and had no problem getting our keys.
