Very dirty, no water pressure.
We had a late check-in (3 nights), the toilet didn't work, we asked to change the room. They kept telling us for an hour that everything would be fixed, but in the end we were moved to a room on a lower level.

Hotel is in an excellent location right along the beach. Staff are also very welcoming. I had a few different issues but the staff did their best to help with these - they really did go above and beyond to help. A few issues were wasp nest in the first room I was shown, second room I was given had a toilet that didn’t flush and a shower that dripped out water. I would stay here again purely because the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

We booked for two days, but couldn’t stand it and left the next morning. There was no water. The tap is broken. There was a bucket with a ladle in the shower 😅 it’s a pity I can’t attach a video of this miracle number

I lived with a friend in a standard room of this hotel for two days.
Location - in the very center of the village, half a minute walk to the sea.
There was hot water.
The beds are great
The Conder is noisy and capricious.
There is a fairly large pool on site - late in the evening, if you don’t want to go to parties, it’s very nice to swim in a clean and comfortable pool with a glass of rum.
For me, our number was a solid 3
