The front desk staff is very surprising behaviour with me as soon as we entered in to the hotel who are you? why you came to here? i told him 2 times i booked hotel through make my trip then after 5 mins he responded and checked with other person and confirmed us with after 10 mins. Then he offered us very dirty room and we ignored that room and he made us to wait another 30 mins he gave us room around 1. 30 pm. Next day we requested for 1 hour late check out one of his staff agreed and said ok. Again one of his colleague called us and you need to check out immediately or else you have to pay extra charge. We had a terrible experience in delhi. This is the second time i had with make my trip before i used to book with other travels

The hotel is located in a very narrow lane which makes getting here tricky. Rooms were clean but furnishing looked quite old. Bathrooms are spacious but again hardware fittings definitely need a replacement. Renovation for the property is a must. Overall an okay stay and very good connectivity.

Enjoyed the stay and all facilities like hotels and shops were easily accessible. The purpose of my stay was local delhi tour and agra tour arranged by panikkar travels. Their office also were at a walkable distance.
