I stayed here for a conference in Chandigarh. The hotel facilities themselves are fairly basic - there is a coffee shop in the lobby and a bar and restaurant in a separate block. All three are fine, but unexceptional in every respect. The rooms, however, are very spacious and well-appointed, with a large bathroom and all the usual amenities. The bed is large and super comfortable. The TV has a zillion channels, but almost no international channels like BBC or CNN. The free broadband was fast, so stream a movie on your laptop! The main drawback with the hotel is that it is miles away from other facilities, like shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet residential area, with apartments all around under construction. It is quite a long way from Chandigarh - 30 minutes+ by taxi. It was fine for the conference, as most of the delegates were staying in the hotel and all the conference meals were also in the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it for tourists visiting the city.

Very bad communication with sales department by Ms seena I booked function here as destination wedding 3 Month before I booked function in Ramada plaza Zirakpur that time she said we will placed dj with led floor in all function in hotel I booked 4 function but there I see only wooden dance floor when am talk with seena she said mana to esa he bola tha very bad communication very bad experience same for venue dj time she committment with me dj time for 1 am but last moment dj will closed 12:15 am very wrong thing happened with me all payment I done before function...never recommend to anyone. But great service and food provides by chef and banquet team spacial thanks to banquet team Ankit and mr balbir and Mukesh mittal Smoot coordination with banquet team 😍 Thx But sales department service very bad 😞

I booked a room in this hotel for 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I checked in at about 9 pm since i had come for some business related works. Its very sad to write that this hotel being with 3-star rating offers such pathetic services which look very flashy in pics. I was greeted with non operational Telephone, Study light at bedside & TV, Cracked cup, no sleepers, washbasin with funny setting for hot water, no door in shower area, leaking faucet and a extremely mucky like Kettle...the door knob of bathroom is like of 1940's...the shower glasses were dirty as if not cleaned from past 8-10 months..the Cloth hook behind door of bathroom rotates in 360 degrees......i felt that these guys arent serious in maintaining rooms . The bed and the quilt was stinking as if its not changed since ages. The staff needed to be told to give two water bottles for two people, refill tea sachets and sugar....I was in room No. 113....There was some party going on in ground floor that night and the smell of drinks was coming till first floor.....i had never seen room like this in last 8-9 years of my stay in hotels in all over India.....To book this hotel is wastage of money is wht i felt....the very basics of staff is not clear ....

I stayed for one night and found the room is clean and nice, as well as the location being central near to all 17 sectors. The team is fantastic, especially Surinder and the breakfast service team; I can't remember the name of the receptionist. extremely professional and helpful Thank you all, and I hope to see you soon. Breakfast spread is a concern. There should be cereals, fruits, and idli sambar as the basic breakfast. The rest is fine.
