住過兩次，每次都是2-3晚，服務人員很用心，收拾房間看到有帶寶寶用品，特別放了雙倍的水，小食品，贈了小童洗漱套裝，所有人員都很禮貌，如果接駁車更多就好了，等待時間有點長

帶長者出遊訂的套房，房間寬敞明亮，有一個大陽台，兩個衞生間，非常方便。服務貼心，房間有酒店提供的日出，日落，時間表，和暖心問候語。我們去車上取行李，大廳服務員陪同攙扶長者去衞生間。長者對這次出遊特別滿意，説還要來阿那亞住安瀾酒店。
