已多次入住星沙店，酒店員工熱情周到房間設施設備不錯，環境優雅，衞生乾淨整潔。由於不喜歡這次的房型，又趕着出門辦事，麻煩客房管理人員幫忙把1446房的行李搬至新的房間。她們先後都有拍照與我核實，做到無差錯。體現出她們工作的嚴謹專業的素養，房間還提前把空調打開，行李架，多配了礦泉水。為客房服務贊點

酒店服務很不錯，對比了很多酒店，還是選擇這家希爾頓歡朋，因為看到他們家有包含早中晚餐，很方便實惠。入住後用餐的菜品也很豐富。早餐的長沙米粉值得推薦，很有特色。下次有機會還會來[玫瑰]
