But it has everything it should have. Hygiene: The sanitation is quite bad. When I was taking a shower, I looked up and saw two long hairs on the wall. There was black mold on the wall of the shower room, which could be wiped off by hand. It can be seen that the person who does the sanitation is not attentive. There are also mold spots on the floor cracks. It really shouldn't be a five-star hotel. There was a spider crawling in the bathtub, and I was scared and didn't dare to use it. Service: The staff who checked in and checked out did not smile throughout the whole process. They were the only five-star hotels in Changsha that sat down. It is understandable that they take very humane care of the employees. But the cold faces of the staff really make people uncomfortable. When I checked in, I only gave the room card and told that the breakfast was on the first floor. After the card was given to me, I didn't care. I asked myself which way to go and where the elevator was when I checked in for the first time. I also took the wrong elevator because there were two sets of elevators and the guest elevator was at the innermost. No one came to guide and help in the middle, so I had to find it myself. On the morning of check-out, the room staff rang the doorbell. Since I was sleeping and didn't hear it, the staff opened the door and came in. 風景優美，出門就是梅溪湖，夜景非常美 早上可看日出 停車，餐飲考方便

風景滿分，但地理位置略偏，去哪都基本要半小時車程。入住期間剛好趕上會議在這裏辦，大廳經常很多人，門口經常停很多大巴導致單條單向通道堵塞，希望可以改進。
