Sister Xiao Ma at the front desk was really nice. Seeing that we had children with us, she specially gave us a breakfast coupon, which was very considerate! The hotel lobby and room environment and facilities are very good, good quality and low price. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes life convenient. More importantly, it is right in front of Central South University. We stopped by Central South University the next day. The accommodation experience is quite good. I will stay at Lushanju next time I come to Changsha.

I have always trusted Lavande Hotel, so I went to travel with my husband and got off the subway and wanted to book Lavande for two nights! The room is large, the air conditioning is also very fast, that is, the upright shower is a pain, the water momentum is very strong and cannot be adjusted. The breakfast category is relatively small, and for an early pregnant woman, she may want to eat a lighter one. Plus I am a Cantonese again, so I asked my aunt to cook rice noodles for me. The aunt said yes. The pho on the first day put soy sauce, which was a bit salty. I couldn't drink soup. The next day, I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed rail. I went to the restaurant at about 7:40 and asked my aunt to cook the powder for me. I specially asked my aunt to have less soy sauce and I wanted to drink soup. Auntie said good, no powder less powder less powder? ? ? I didn't respond to come over and get other fruits. When the aunt called my husband to show me, I was stupid. Just two powders, half a bowl of soy sauce? ? ? Is this afraid that I can't add some heavy taste to me? 😰😰😰 Plus I didn't have much time to change it. Many people came to eat breakfast later. I forced the powder and went to catch the high-speed rail. For the first time, I felt that I was really tired. 😰

I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments:
- The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go.
- The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it.
- Staffs are all very friendly and responsive
- Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties
- Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too
If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

I think it is very clean. Although it is a bit small, it is ok for me alone, and the front desk lady is very good at business. No matter whether the company has been trained, at least she knows that there is a return certificate. Most hotels don't know that Hong Kong people have two documents. At that time, I said that I was a Hong Kong ID card, and then Miss Sister said that the ID card is not good. You can give me the return card. I felt that Miss Sister's business ability was very good. When I checked out, I also chatted with the two young ladies at the front desk. They asked me if I was traveling. I said yes, and it was to watch Chen Li's concert. One young lady said that Chen Li was very good. I searched her and felt very good. She turned to powder 🤣 and another young lady said that she could see Chen Li's program as a mentor. The location is excellent. The hotel has an elevator that leads directly to the B1 subway floor. However, it is actually quite far to walk to the subway. The advantage is that if it rains, you can go directly from the hotel to the subway without getting wet. The breakfast is very local and the noodles are delicious. The tea downstairs is almost empty. There is a queue across the small road. There is Yuanyang below Wanda. There are no people there. It is very convenient to take the subway or take a taxi. You can take a taxi and park at the subway exit 5. You can buy a cup of milk tea and go straight upstairs to Yuelu Mountain. It is very close. Cross the river and take the subway. It is very convenient without traffic jams. You can take a taxi when the time is right. The friends are very enthusiastic and get a lot of help. Thanks to the chubby manager and Wu Xiang for their assistance. The few waiters and ladies I contacted before checking out also all have beautiful smiles. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Wuyi Square, I recommend this quiet hotel with large rooms. The floors are also high

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

GGuest UserI said I was a blind selection, but the kids said that this is not a blind selection. It is really good. It saves 10 minutes 🦶 of the blog. Just eat, it can't be too late.
The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

Hotel need major renovation,as it's very old ,Carpet is very hard to maintain especially for such a old hotel and fully carpet. ROom have a very unpleasant carpet smell once u enter the room
breakfast is very normal ,tasteless
Not easy to locate as it's in the Alley and didi could only stop u at the main road as car is not accessible

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
