It also has a simple retaurant at its ground floor, serving many hotels in the same buildings. Staff are competent, friendly, they even go out of the way to help foreigner like me to get taxis, food delivery. They keep track of the room, even after few days i left, if there are anything i left behind. Hotel modern, clean, nice unobstructed views...

Loved the location. its located a stone throw from Changsha North Railway Station. My flight was delayed hence I arrived after midnight, driver was unable to drive close enough to the hotel, he had to drop me off at the entrance if the railway station and walk the rest of the way (can be alittle scary at night as there are stray travellers sleeping around the station and the road was dark). Recept was good, can see the security guard at the lobby. They even provided a bag of welcome gift (Steam eyemask, ear plus, snack, hand lotion etc). Food delivery was dropped off at the reception and delivered to your room via a robot which was so cute and efficient.
