Great location and friendly staff. Hotel doesn’t make up the room everyday which I was unaware of before booking. The staff make up for any shortcomings the hotel may have. Would highly recommend.

Because I booked through a third party and wasn’t able to show up until the day after the reservation, the hotel cancelled my reservation and took my money for a 3 night stay. I called the hotel directly, the 3rd party I booked through and Marriott National help number and no one would unclick a button and give me the second 2 nights of my stay that I had already paid for.

I look at this hotel as one of the best. So I hold them to higher standards. When you turn the bathroom light on it makes loud noise until you turn it off. The mattress was horrible because it was sinking in the middle. My husband tried speaking to someone about things and they jus ignored him. A small cup of coffee was 4 and change. To many things to list. The best thing about the stay was the shower

Beware, they have Bed Bugs!! We missed our connecting flight home from Charlotte so American Airlines gave us a voucher to stay the night here in mid-May 2024. We were in our room from about 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. The next morning, I woke up with at least 20 bed bug bites (pictures) attached. Upon arriving home, I found they had traveled with us. I've spent money, taken additional days off work, and had to call in professionals since. Not to mention the mental health and anxiety toll this has taken. I've called them twice to alert the front desk and left messages for their General Manager. I have not heard back. I also called American Airlines to alert them to the situation but they brushed me off.
