The room is super big. The flight arrived at 11 am. The front desk of the hotel checked in very considerately and arranged two adjacent rooms to take care of each other with friends. It was very considerate.

Booked this location because it’s close to the BOA Stadium. Ron at the front desk, Wanda at the omelet station and Victoria at the bar were amazing. They’re the reason I’ll always book here. Ron greeted us and accommodated our every request. We arrived early but they could not accommodate early check in. Ron took us the the public private bathroom where we were able to get dressed for the game and stored our luggage. He showed us an area for us to relax that was in a quieter location than the front desk and was very comfortable. Later in the day at the Victoria made the BEST margaritas. She was quick and friendly. Wanda was fun and a ball of energy at the breakfast omelet station. Singing and slanging eggs was a refreshing start to the morning. Ann was super attentive and friendly. She helped my son make a waffle and helped clean our table. She made sure we were satisfied during breakfast. Overall the staff here are wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean but the staff sets this property apart from others I’ve stayed at in the area. Everyone was extremely friendly.

We had a great experience at Embassy Suits! The hotel is nice, updated and clean but the best part is the service. Everyone is wonderful but Ron and Desmond at the front desk made the trip. They were incredibly friendly and made check in and our overall experience memorable and enjoyable!

Wanda was excellent at the omelette station. Ann and Brehane took care of us and made us feel at home. Everyone that works here is nice. The hotel is beautiful and convenient to everything. I would come again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the parking is limited to valet. But I didn’t do my research.

The stay here was great. Dom at the valet parking andthe staff that prepared and served our breakfast was amazing. The room and hotel was very clean. I would return and recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the area. Everything and one was amazing.

Ms. Ann and Mr Brehane were amazing. They prepared an amazing spread for breakfast. I was surprised to see sucj a variety of breakfast foods for a hotel- from omelettes to yogurt and cereal to oatmeal. Everything was delicious and very clean. I will stay at this Embassy Suites again just because of the breakfast.

Clean room, great staff, super convenient location. I’m a picky person when it comes to traveling and I have zero complaints. The cleanliness of the hotel and staff to include the cooking staff were on point ! This should be the experience every time. I will rebook again and again and highly recommend! Shout out Ms Ann she was sweet and made sure were well taken care of .

The hotel staff overall was great, Ann in particular for breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious! I also appreciated the decor off the hotel and the convenience to where I was traveling. I will for sure stay here on my next visit!
