Excellent place, very clean and nicely turned out; perfect location and helpful staff when needed. Will certainly return and would recommend.

During my recent stay at Strozzi Palace, I was delighted to find a thoughtful selection of vegan treats, nuts, cereal bars, and biscuits awaiting me in my room. As someone with specific dietary needs, it's not always easy to find snacks that cater to my preferences. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well-catered for. This small gesture made a big difference in my overall experience, and I would highly recommend Strozzi Palace to fellow vegans looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

I booked the Tuscany apartment for my husband's 60th birthday. The apartment was clean and perfectly placed to experience all that Cheltenham has to offer, and just over an hour to Bath. I'd recommend booking the parking space which was very secure. A nice touch was the milk in the fridge on arrival. The addition of an airfryer would be amazing. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

What a fabulous place! We booked last minute for a one night stay, lots of nice touches including a make up mirror! It was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. There was an abundance of tea and coffee plus a bottle of milk on the fridge. Everything was perfect. We would have liked to have stayed in the car park for a couple of hours in the morning but needed to use the fob which had to be put back. No biggie but would have saved moving the car. Just a great place and we'd definitely visit again.

A boutique bolthole close to restaurants and everything that Cheltenham has to offer. The apartments are well equipped, amazing showers and large comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and professional...Roy, the manager, is brilliant, making sure that your stay is as relaxing as possible.

parking was interesting would have been useful to know the local one is only a 24hr maximum limit. didn't get code till the day we went was realy worried we wouldn't he able to gain access. bed and pillows were very comfortable the cracks in the tiles in the bathroom lowered the standard of the apartment. cups were dirty and had not been washed properly my husband is 6ft 3 and found the sofa extremely low and small and not very comfortable at all in fact he had to sit on dinning chair all the time we did move the pointlessly large glass coffee table as we both thought it was to big and very dangerous for the space especially at night. also could get coffe machine to work could be operator error but I have used the b4 was nice to have milk in fridge towels were very nice as were the robes.

Amazing apartment in a great location. We stayed in the Napoli suite for 2 nights, everything you could want and need was there. The apartment was lovely with a small outdoor seating area. Check in process easy and we're able to access the apartment early. Will definitely be back!

An excellent choice of apartment for our stay in Cheltenham. Luxurious comfort in a great location. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen, including a bottle of milk! Parking beside the apartment was a bonus. Would strongly recommend this apartment.

The Strozzi Palace Suites by Mansley in Cheltenham UK was fabulous. The manager, I think his name is Roy, was extremely helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a very well appointed apartment. The design was outstanding. I would highly recommend a stay.
