The foot pedal, foot bath bucket and foot bath three-piece set (foot bath bag, disposable foot bath bag and foot towel), laundry detergent, welcome fruit, etc. in the bathroom are enough to see the care of this B&B. The room itself is also very clean, bright and transparent, and the decoration is wooden and simple, which makes people very comfortable! The hotel waiters are divided into two parts: guest rooms and lobby. The waiters in the guest room part are generally older. Everyone is very enthusiastic and considerate. It really makes people feel like spring breeze and home, which perfectly matches the "temperature" at the door of the B&B! So what makes people very uncomfortable? The hotel hardware and the software of the guest room part are so attentive, that is of course the lobby, especially the front desk! Several young girls on duty on September 7! First of all, when checking in, I don't know if she was worried or just naturally cold-faced. She looked like you owed her money and didn't treat guests well. When you talked to her, she didn't look at you. When she talked to her colleagues, she didn't reply to you, and she didn't look at you, just like she didn't talk to you. In fact, I was already very uncomfortable at the time, because respect is mutual. I was talking to you nicely, and you wouldn't be like this even if you were a stranger, not to mention that you are the hotel's signature, the front desk staff. Later, around 7 o'clock, I went to the front desk again and asked something, hoping to get a room card. She still looked like, "Why are you so troublesome?" She didn't answer and had a cold face throughout the whole process. It was really like, putting your warm face on someone else's cold butt! Moreover, when we checked in, we only got one room card for the two of us. My husband fell asleep, and I couldn't go back to get another one, but I was also rejected. The reason was that it was not good to get too many! I don't quite understand why this is not good. I went to the door of the room by myself. Someone opened the door for me, but I said that I couldn't get on the elevator (because the elevator requires a card to ride). She said you can take the freight elevator, which doesn't require a card. I was too lazy to argue with her, so I went to find the freight elevator. At that time, there was a waiter from the housekeeping department waiting for the freight elevator with two large boxes of garbage. The freight elevator was very small and couldn't accommodate the two of us and two large boxes of garbage. I was really speechless at the time! I begged the waiter to help brush the floor of the guest. The waiter from the housekeeping department listened to my reason and agreed very nicely. From this, we can see how big the difference is between the waiters in the two departments! In short, it was a mixed experience. The good thing is that it is less than 200 to live in a hotel with such hardware. It is really rare. The degree of attentiveness makes people really warm! But this warmth makes people feel cold. I sincerely hope that all the front desk staff and young ladies will exchange and learn from the aunts in the customer service department. After all, the hotel is a service industry, and at least respect should be given to every guest!
