先説給差評的理由：1.商家在app上預留的電話一直打不通。2.這個公寓在小區裏，看網上寫的有且衹有一間房，我到達導航顯示的目的地後，沒有看到任何提示標識標牌。3.由於前兩個原因我找不到公寓位置，聯繫去哪兒官方平台協商退款。商家一直不同意。4.最終我沒有入住該酒店，截止目前評價時，商家依舊不退款。以上4點是客觀遇到的如有不實必***。主觀感受：作為一名長期在去網上訂酒店的我，訂過50的民宿，也訂過五星酒店，可能有上百間吧，唯一一次差評。+861056320606,2631547這是商家在去哪兒預留的聯繫電話，一直提示您撥打的電話在通話中，一個連正常的真實的手機號碼都沒有留下的商家，衹留下一個打不通的電話號碼，難道不是一種坑人嗎。商家主動打過一次電話給我説在網上發消息問我什麼時候去住店，我沒有回覆，因為我在開車，我就一直沒看app裏的消息，根本不知道他給我發消息，我就衹能一直打電話，卻打不通，特別著急。聯繫上了後協商退款，商家説超過15分鐘沒法退全款，超過一個小時後我又從去哪兒官方客服了解到，商家説超過一個小時後無法退全款，能不能退全款反正就是他自己説了算。結論，如果大家不想影響旅行心情奉勸大家慎重定該店，以上內容為個人經歷，僅供參考。廣大同胞還有其他諮詢的均可可聯繫我，我會盡力回覆各位，避免上當受騙了！

從訂房諮詢開始，房東就很熱情周到，還幫我們找交通，提供看貓路線，預計花費時間等等，房子沒有拍，因為一進門就給孩子弄得有點亂了，反正所見即所得！滿滿熊貓🐼元素，很清爽的裝修，比較乾淨温馨，外面就有早點，小超市，點外賣也可以，吃不是問題！託房東的福，開門進園，趁今天下大雨之前看到了十幾衹貓！這趟成都之行太值了！
