The hotel has a classic castle style exterior and a great location! It is close to popular attractions such as Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, Wuhou Temple Jinli, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Qingyang Palace, Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, etc., making it convenient to travel! The breakfast restaurant has a strong bookish atmosphere and a very good dining environment 👍 There are many kinds of dishes and snacks, and the side dishes are also refreshing and delicious! You can also have afternoon tea at the Champs Elysees Bar in the lobby. The free coffee tastes super nice, suitable for a small gathering of three or two friends with a pot of tea, no need to go there!

I've been travelling round China for 3 weeks and this is the best hostel I've stayed in so far. I didn't want to leave. My friend was at another hostel in chengdu, he spent one evening hanging-out at Mitang and decided to move completely to Mitang because of how good the vibe is. Pros: the most friendly, welcoming and social staff; a roof-top bar/social area which is busy every night; Fuqin is great location with a huge street-food market, wet-market and restaurants; cheap and delicious cooked lunch/dinners at a low price. Cons: the facilities need some maintenance (but the hostel is always clean and the fundamentals worked properly), it is a 12-minute walk from the subway (not hugely convenient, but fine).

Lovely, kind owner, decent location, free towel, toothbrush and shower gel. Curtains on the bed. Safe location in a tower block, Washing machine. They smoke in the dorm. The long term residents aren’t very welcoming, I felt a little awkward going back to the dorm at times. The place is hard to find if you don’t speak Chinese and I had to ask many different people (it’s floor 4 of the metallurgy building and it’s the apartment immediately on your left once you pass the toilets on your right) My shoes went missing/ they weren’t where I left them at the entrance when I left at 4am. It could have been an honest mistake but who knows…

The front desk service is very good, the facilities are well-equipped, there is a robot that can deliver takeaways, and there is a laundry room on the 5th floor which is very convenient. It has complete supplies, the bathrobe fabric is comfortable, and the coffee tastes great. The hotel is very convenient for travel. It is quiet in the middle of the bustle, and it is 50 meters away. The major scenic spots are not far away and can be reached very quickly. Although the hotel is a little older, the service has not fallen behind at all. I hope other Hampton guests can learn from the service here. It is very good and recommended👍

The breakfast at this hotel is of great quality and variety, and it definitely deserves a five-star rating. From a variety of hot dishes to cold cuts, everything is fresh and delicious, satisfying all my breakfast needs. I especially recommend their buffet area, which has everything from fruits, pastries, and yogurt, as well as local specialties, which are dazzling. This breakfast experience injects full energy into my new day. Worth recommending

When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt pretty good. The service was also very good. I was assigned to the 20th floor, the highest floor. The front desk also gave my son a small panda toy and three coffee coupons for the first floor. As soon as you enter the room, it looks spacious and clean, especially the view outside the window is very good. It also has a kitchen with a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is plugged in. I bought sugar cane the night before and didn't finish it, so I put it in the refrigerator. It was only the next day that I discovered that the refrigerator was not cooling and the temperature switch inside was not set to the lowest setting. . . . I guess most people don't use refrigerators. I was worried because I was afraid of the humidity in Chengdu. I didn’t expect the air conditioner to be quite good. It wasn’t cold at all. I guess I set the temperature too high. What was not ideal was that the air conditioner kept working when I turned the temperature higher. When I slept at night, the noise from the air conditioner was as loud as a tractor. I couldn't sleep, so I turned it off. Then I thought of a way to raise the temperature before going to bed, let the temperature go up, and then lower it, and that solved the problem. The parent-child room we booked has two rooms and two toilets. Unfortunately, the two rooms are partitioned by glass. The sound insulation is not good, and the light cannot be isolated, which will affect each other. The toilets are all voice-activated lights, so the toilet door is closed at night. Close it, otherwise the toilet light will always be on when walking around. The location of the hotel is very good. It is within the first ring road. After exiting the hotel gate, there is the Line 5 subway entrance on the right. It is very convenient to travel! There are convenience stores, fruit shops, cake shops, and restaurants in front of the hotel. The hotel also has robots that can help you deliver meals, express delivery, and takeaways. Overall the hotel is very good.

The hotel ambiance is incredibly cozy and relaxing, with a pristine cleanliness and delightful scent throughout. Complimentary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer enhance the experience, and the captivating fragrance adds to the charm. Relaxing in the room is a joy, especially knowing that a underneath it is a shopping mall and there are a lot of food nearby. Conveniently, there are direct buses to the city, and arranging a ”Didi” (similar to a taxi) is hassle-free. The hotel staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The washing machine and dryer are free to use and detergent is provided. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit Chengdu again.

When we arrived at night, the hotel given us voucher for supper, there were few types local dishes and desert, great to have chance to triedall these which we missed it. The hotel upgraded our room and the breakfast are superb. The location are great as it is very neatby to food street which you can find all the nice and famous chengdu food there. The only negative part is the hotel do allow smoking, which i don't really like this.

Great hotel next to Luomashi metro station. Great staff always helpful . Room was clean and tidy. Wifi works well no complicated setup required. CNN on the TV is great.

Clean and spacious, with reasonable layout and complete facilities. There are free refills of small tea bags and purified water, and the service is in place. There are many small restaurants, streets and shops nearby. It is convenient to eat, live and travel. It is only a few minutes away from the subway. It is a good choice!
