This room was extremely old and dark! I was surprised to see a room without lights on the ceiling! I had so much headache when I wanted to get ready or pack clothes. Even during day time the room looks dark coz the window is tinted hence there not much sunlight n the lights is not helpful. The bathroom was very dirty. They need to clean the floors thoroughly. But please fix some down lights on the ceiling. The wall lights is too dim n that’s not enough at all! The staff were too slow n we have to remind few times for them to provide something we asked. Location is good but I will not repeat my stay here!

Pretty bad hotel. Noisy. People moving furniture all night. Only one towel provided. Numerous requests for supplies were ignored Restaurant manager was pushy and impatient so we ate elsewhere. Shower leaked Room was dark. Lights and fans couldn't work simultaneously.

First time to India, new experience hotels in India. Good service, friendly given by all the staffs. Thiru given the best service approachable. Outstanding. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made my experience truly memorable. I greatly appreciate their efforts and would like to acknowledge their exceptional service.

Very nice restaurant and hotel. Mr. Thiru helped a lot to suggest good food for us who came first time in chennai. The experience was amazing and worth to stay as well to have dine in this restaurant. Pleasure to share this review with you. FYI, there is bar as well as rooftop restaurant also.
