The front desk service is super bad. They get impatient after just two or three sentences. We stayed for three consecutive days and they never changed the sheets and quilt covers. I thought they didn't change them on the first day because I didn't tip the housekeeper. I thought I would give a tip on the second day to see if they could change them. Who knew it would be even worse. Not only did they not change them, they didn't even make the bed. Speechless😑 I slept for three days without changing them.
