Seamos sinceros, se vende más el punto que el mismo hotel, no culpo a el personal, siempre atentos y al pendiente, pero es que verdaderamente no se aporta en concepto y experiencia, el desayuno no es nada del otro mundo y la cena de servicio a cuarto es muy básica y sin un diferenciador que trascienda. Grupo Posadas busca cada vez una capacitación extenuante hacia el huésped,pero dejan de lado la atención al cliente básica y de antaño. Por ello es que considero que hay mejores opciones de hospedaje en la ciudad, más acequibles y con mejor experiencia en algo tan importante como lo es el desayuno.

Pagas tanto disque por la marca de Posadas y la ubicación, pero no es mas que un motel barato de mala muerte, muy sucio, la comida es horrible, el servicio y atención también y habitación muy basica. RECOMIENDO SALTARSE LA EXPERIENCIA DE VENIR NO VALE LA PENA

El personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable y atento, la limpieza en las habitaciones y en general el hotel es muy buena, el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones buenisimo, siempre pendientes del cambio de material de baño. El gimnasio cuenta con buen equipamento equipos en el gimnasio

No parece un Fiesta Inn, es más no parece ni un Hampton Inn. Las únicas personas amables son los del front desk. La gente del restaurante, del servicio a cuartos y del housekeeping son poco eficientes, con cero ganas de ayudar y con cero ganas de mejorar la experiencia del huésped. La limpieza es mejor en un Holiday Inn, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, las habitaciones son pequeñas, las sábanas y las almohadas muy feas, las amenidades de baño de bajísima calidad. La alberca diminuta y helada. El servicio del restaurante es pésimo, tanto la atención del personal como la calidad de los alimentos. Las paredes y los techos parecen de papel, todo se mueve si cierran una puerta, y se escucha todo lo que pasa arriba y a los lados. No se diga el ruido del tráfico que es insoportable.
