It's for anyone who loves leisure and wants to bask in the legacy of rajasthan. A peaceful setting with train lines running parallel, a paradise for trainspotters like me.

Very poor service and no any privacy in hotel and without information and without checkout other person checkin room so very poor feedback please do not book this hotel in your lifetime.

यह होटल काफी प्राचीन है। प्राचीन होने के कारण ही यहां विदेशी आते हैं। क्योंकि यह होटल पुरी महल लुमा कार में बनी हुई है राजा महाराजा की टाइम की तो इसको देखना काफी अच्छा लगता है विदेशी सैलानियों को इसके साथ ही यहां पर पास में जंगल है तालाब है और प्रकृति काफी सुंदर है इसकी वजह से भी इस साइड में काफी ज्यादा विदेशी आते हैं तो यहां पर रुकते हैं यहां से वह गुड सवार होकर साइकिल पर मोटरसाइकिल पर अपनी गाड़ियों में थोड़ा दूर भ्रमण के लिए जाते हैं गांव की अवस्था को देखते हैं वहां के नजारा तौर-तरीके को देखते हैं। (Translated by Google) This hotel is quite ancient. Very nice property, services are too good, It was my first visit, really I will recommend this hotel for all the travellers......stayed at this hotel during a motorcycle tour of Rajasthan in February 2024. It’s a fascinating glimpse into the history of Bijaipur. It’s a castle originally built in the 16th century which was converted into an exquisite heritage hotel in the early 1990s. Everything about the hotel – the luxurious rooms & grand verandas, gracefully-manicured grounds and all of the buildings and facilities - reflects the history and culture of Rajasthan, and the famous Rajput hospitality. You can even climb onto the old castle walls (via a stairway) which will evoke a slight sense of what life may have been during the early history of the castle! As a base for motorcycle touring around the area, the hotel was a pleasant and peaceful haven, which gave us glimpses into a bygone epoch and the extensive history of Bijaipur. Read less

We stayed for 2 nights in delux room. Welcome at arrival rather low key. We had to ask about breakfast swimming, WiFi, restaurant etc. However Staff attentive and helpful. Plenty of space in this large heritage hotel. A lot of character although some amenities lacking maintenance (hot water intermittent, shower flow minimal, bedside lamp loose wires, loose sink tap…). A la carte food fairly good. Beer available (300 a can of Kingfisher). Swimming pool clean and a welcome dip. Large gardens well kept and plenty of seating in covered areas to chill out. Takes about 40 min drive from main road and 1 hour to/from Chittorgarh. Overall a unique stay - a tad expensive maybe - but worth the experience.

We had previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was wonderful place to return to . We were not disappointed and neither were our friends who were there for the first time. We stayed for 2 nights and wished it was 3! The staff were very accommodating, even offering us an evening drive in the countryside and sunset tea by a lake and jeep safari . Evening drinks and nibbles by the fire in the courtyard was lovey and the food was great too. Even though it was winter we enjoyed a swim in the pool. For our final breakfast the staff offered us s table by the pool (instead of the restaurant) which was a lovely experience.

The place is ok for a transit stay, close to the chittorgarh fort, you have to climb atleast 1 floor so people with knee issue to take care

Old hotel, rooms in shambles. No hot water, showers jammed. Bathrooms have no shower curtains so the whole bathroom stays flooded after your shower. However food was good and staff were very cooperative, went out of their way to serve us a very early morning breakfast.

Room we’re not ready by 1400hrs had to wait till 1600hrs for the room the rooms were not clean at all room service very bad dirty services
