It is on the same block as a metro station and a very big, new shopping mall.
It looks like the pictures. The amenities work. There is no outdoor air unless you open the window. The AC unit cools air from inside the house.
There is construction from 8am to 7pm on the floor below. The side wall is thin so you can hear others talk. It is quiet outside.
Someone took my JD.com order, but it arrived 4 minutes after check-out.
Overall, it is a reasonable place to get sleep.
