環境真的沒得説，就在一個峽谷裏，海拔1730多，非常涼快，就是吃飯不太方便，選擇不多，但綠樹環繞這些都可以忽略

酒店造景確實美，但是硬件確實拉，床很硬，如果沖周圍的景來，那就不要對房間報任何期望，還是週中便宜點，週末確實不值這個價，我覺得最多值400，週末

私人森林，很私密，外面的人進不去。有點童話森林的感覺。有一點不滿意的是，孩子説超高了，早餐要收費48一個人。距離森林公園南門衹有3公里，很近，送了2日不限次數進去公園，房間有個陽台，但是很冷，8月裏還開了電熱毯。

非常糟糕的居住體驗，此生應該不會住第二次
1.我定的是600元雙床標間，以現在的市場價格，這個應該達到3-4星級服務了，我獲得了什麼，兩張木板床，床墊邦邦硬，而且絕對沒有做客房清潔，因為的枕頭底下還有一張動漫貼紙沒有撕，整個潮味濕氣很重的四件套，沒有驅蟲措施的森林小木屋，一翻身就吱呀亂響的床，以及隔音非常糟糕的房間，我整個晚上都能聽到隔壁收拾小寶貝，以及很多人來往過道樓梯的聲音！
2.酒店的確造景了，而且景色不錯，這本身是收費點，但是一個酒店的第一屬性就是居住，我覺得你的價格配不上景點和居住屬性，公園裡完全可以拍出好看的照片，不必要非要在這個酒店拍
3.幾乎算沒有客房服務，也沒有合理的燈光，整個房間都很昏沉，晚上12點左右被隔壁收拾小孩兒吵醒，沒有工作人員提醒睡覺時間小心一點，浴巾這些物品也都是潮濕黴味，幸好我自己有帶一次性的毛巾浴巾

衞生：全實木地板，包括衞生間，看不到衞生細節，總體感覺沒有很差，看過網上評論實際高於預期。
服務：沒有特別好，一般
武陵山森林公園門票2張:有的。
環境：車一開進大門猶如進入童話世界，住這家酒店就是為景色買單，置身於這樣的美景感覺一切都值
設施：沒有空調，有電熱毯。
