I like the style of the Four Seasons Hotel, so I am a frequent guest, but this experience is really disappointing. The facilities and environment are still in the style of the Four Seasons Hotel, simple and warm, but the service is really not good enough. I arrived at the hotel at more than 23 o'clock in the evening, with a 2-year-old child, very tired. I wanted to register to get the room card and go back to the room to rest, but the front desk kept suggesting an upgrade, saying that I could give a discount upgrade, delayed check-out, etc. After I indicated that I didn't need it, I still didn't give up, saying that I could push the extension order from Ctrip and book it on Huazhu, and I could send breakfast, etc. It was really annoying! It was already more than 11 o'clock in the evening. We brought a child to the store. My husband and I are platinum members of Ctrip and Huazhu respectively. If I were the front desk, if there were remaining vacancies, it would be highly likely that they could not be sold out, and I would consider upgrading. If I didn't upgrade, I would quickly handle it and let the guests rest. I really don't understand what's the point of grabbing guests who arrived so late to keep selling, not the right time! We stood at the front desk for more than ten minutes, and there were four front desks. No one considered preparing children's slippers and toothbrushes for our children. They only wanted to upgrade. It was bad!
