When I checked out, I forgot to take the charger away, but I called to ask and said that there was no room, which really made people speechless.

The hotel is in the center of the city center. There are various snack bars nearby downstairs, as well as KFC and Pizza Hut. There are several shopping centers around. It takes 7 minutes to walk to South Bus Station. There is a shuttle bus from South Station to Zhuoshui Ancient Town. I didn't expect Qianjiang to have such a good hotel. Not only the lobby is eye-catching, but the spaciousness and height of the elevator are rare in China! The facilities and equipment of the hotel rooms are almost the same as that of a five-star hotel. The most important thing is that the guest room to the bathroom are very clean and fresh and almost spotless. It can be seen that the guest room staff are really serious and hard work. Let's put it this way The staff are very competent when they go to any five-star hotel in China. Of course, all of this is closely related to the excellent management ability of the hotel management staff! If I have relatives and friends visiting Qianzheng, there is no doubt that this hotel is the first choice, just because the hotel is good, this is good, it expresses everything! By the way, I forgot to say that the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The shower water is very large and the temperature is very easy to adjust. The first sight of entering the hotel is the concise and generous lobby. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and patient to explain the hotel’s breakfast and facilities, especially Xiaohe and Xiaolin were very enthusiastic. ♪♪illenium有幸作為龍門璞村民宿第一波住宿用户，在住宿期間通過經理介紹得知耗費過億費用打造的一個高端民宿休閑一體的度假村，璞村分三部分，一是住宿餐飲，二是小酒館和音樂會，三為盆景、園藝，住宿區圍繞園林山景建設，自下而上，顯得錯落有致，餐飲休閑利用現代建築與其傳統建築佈局相融合，令人驚艷。再談房間的配套設施，衞生乾淨，戴森吹風機，美標衞浴，體驗感很好，民宿阿姨和經理服務非常熱情。美中不足就是房間窗簾有一點透光，床頭的木板感覺才裝修不久稍微一點點味道，希望細節能更加完善。民宿目前還有一點在收尾，可能等個把月效果更佳。有機會再來，總體來説體驗館十分不錯，希望民宿越做越好！

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

Walking distance to a number of attractions such as Shibati, Hongyadong, Liberation Square, Times Square etc. The accommodation also offers a beautiful scenic view overlooking the city and river. The night scenic view was also spectacular with the skyline view. The most impressive part is the level of service rendered. When I flagged some areas of concern to the staff, they immediately acted on it and offered their best for service recovery which is extremely commentable. Special thanks to 甜甜圈 and 杨川 (and other staff) for going beyond the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable and memorable one.

GGuest Userhighly highly recommend this hotel! 1. it is strategically located in the heart of chongqing. you can find many yummy food and easily get to the different tourist spots/local hidden gems. 2. very nice, comfortable rooms. clean and spacious with a good view of the neighbourhood 3. comes with a rooftop seating area. very clean and comfortable. awesome view without the crowd!!! 4. breakfast is available for redemption between 730am to 840pm from their sister company, a noodle house. very yummy and hearty. there have non spicy option if you cant take spicy food. 5. upon check out, they gave a small gift as a souvenir. it is local specialty snacks! shout out to staff number 5 and 11 and cleaning lady for their kind assistance throughout our stay. * i can write, speak and write mandarin well. so communication is not an issue. highly highly recommended! :)

AAnonymous UserTraveling during off-peak hours, I finally came to Chongqing, which I have longed for. For the convenience of travel, I chose this high-altitude river view hotel. The front desk is on the 28th floor. The room I booked also has a river view. There are many delicious food nearby, and there is a subway station downstairs. It's very convenient to take a taxi. There is an observation deck upstairs in the hotel, but you need to buy a ticket to go up. The room is nice and the view is beautiful. Xiao Zhu at the front desk provides great service. It has a full floor-to-ceiling river view. Exit 5A of Line 1 is the hotel. Transportation Convenient, plus the hotel's WeChat online service, you don't need to go to the front desk to check out. This location in Chaotianmen is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

GGuest UserAfter staying for two nights, the homestay is outside the gate of the scenic area. The transportation is very friendly to individual travelers. From the light rail to the hotel, you can take a drop of 20-30 yuan; from the homestay to the intersection and walk up to the intersection for 5 minutes, it is 502 Daihu Bus Station, direct to the city bus station (5 minutes walk from the light rail station), when you leave the shop, you can contact the driver to drop off the passengers through the homestay (the cost is more expensive than Didi). B&B food is acceptable, if you are too expensive, you can take the bus/didi to and from the city for shopping and dining. The actual scene of the room matches the photo. The best part is that the scenery is good, not losing the Jinyun Xiaozhu on the top of the mountain. It is best to call to ask if there is a balcony when making a reservation. A worthy trip for two nights!
