Pullman Hotels in Chongqing

The hotel's location is right opposite Chongqing North Station's North Square, but finding the way there can be a bit tricky. If you know the route, it's very convenient; otherwise, you might face some issues. The hotel lobby entrance is nice, and there's parking available right outside, making it easy for taxis to drop off guests, and it's covered so you won't get wet. The lobby staff were friendly and proactively offered assistance. I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but as soon as I got to the floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Aren't hotels supposed to be smoke-free? I didn't even enter the room and immediately went back down to the front desk to request a room change. The hotel then proactively upgraded me to a suite and even gave me complimentary welcome fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service also apologized to me, which was a big plus! However, the problem isn't with the hotel itself, but rather with guests not adhering to regulations. This is a common issue with mainland Chinese people and needs to change, otherwise, you won't be respected in any country, only bringing disgrace upon yourselves! The hotel room was very comfortable, with soft lighting and electric curtains. There were two bathrooms, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, very exquisite. Breakfast was also very rich, with a wide variety of options, and the environment was very comfortable. In the end, I accidentally dirtied a face towel, and the hotel said I didn't need to pay a cleaning fee; the service was excellent. This was a very satisfying and comfortable stay, thumbs up!
