Excellent place to stay & more like a hotel than motel. Very friendly and helpful staff, well-organised and made us feel welcome from the get-go which is always a great start to a holiday. Spacious room, all amenities provided - iron + board, hair dryer, kettle + tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar, air conditioning, satellite t.v., comfortable recliners, cutlery and so-forth. Very comfortable and large bed, lots of drawers etc. to store belongings. Even the bath had water jets! Cleaned well every morning. All ran like clockwork. Would most definitely recommend this location for all of the above and location - is a short walk into town and the airport bus is literally around the corner.

This is a modern, clean motel. The unit as stayed in (1 bed) was a decent size with a lovely bathroom and almost all the amenities you would expect. The king bed was nice and comfortable, the sofa was also. Everything looked like new. The only let down for me was that I would not stay in the 1 bedroom until again. I'd rather stay in a studio.. why?? Because there is no TV in the bedroom... This was the only letdown because I love nothing more than getting into the lovely bed and watching the TV. The main TV was a decent Samsung smart with Freeview but is connected to the internet so you can stream YouTube and Netflix. You can also mirror view your phone. To sit in bed a stream Netflix would have been awesome! Apart from that, a great place with decent rates. This place operates self check in/out, which I enjoy.

The location is very good, there is breakfast, the only bug is to go upstairs, there are stairs and no elevator. In addition, note that no one works after 6 pm in this store, and you can check in by yourself.

Excellent location to explore Christchurch attractions. Very clean and well appointed room for an excellent price (I was wondering what It may be getting into). The room quality was a 3+ star for US standards. The only negative is the lack of parking (only offstreet parking or may have to drive a block away for parking). The clean room, friendly staff and excellent location and the overall niceness of Christchurch and it's people in general made us quickly get over the initial stress of trying to find a place to park. Really love the hotel. Very suitable for traveller. There is kitchen for cooking with complete all the aminities. They also provide space to hang out with friends and family. Very near as in 15-20 minutes away from the hotel.

Fantastic spot, had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area. Beds were comfortable and showers were clean. You can walk around to restaurants closeby

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests). But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier. Mr. ************, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review! He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry. Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like *****s and being forgetful on our own properties.

Great location and cost effective accommodation. The rooms are small but the layout is very efficient; not a room you would want to spent hours working. The rooms are very clean and the bed really comfortable

Staff is very friendly and check in on counter was fairly easy. The staff saw that we had a lot of luggages and let us bring the airport trolley to our room. So the next day we just push the trolley from hotel to airport. Which is very convenient for us with many luggages. I will definitely come back this hotel again for next stay due to the location and friendly staff. Hotel buffet was good too. And nice view from the restaurant.
