We had a wonderful stay here - the rooms were lovely, immaculate, well-furnished with many thoughtful details to ensure an excellent experience. The downstairs had a queen bed and bathroom, and upstairs was a pullout couch for our 13-year old daughter and she loved having her own space with a TV. Great location in Sumner with everything - beach, cafes, stores - in easy walking distance. Yet still v quiet and we were there on new year’s eve! Roger and Kay are fantastic hosts who saw to all our needs and a dream to work with. V reasonable rates for great accommodations, highly recommend. We’ll be back!

The kitchen utensils are quite complete, the location of the hotel is very good, next to the Central Park, there is a large mall, Chinese service 1 km away. The room facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom shower head is long flowing.

I stayed in a two-bedroom room. The overall room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well! If I have the chance, I will stay there again. The location is also very good. You can walk to the park to enjoy the flowers.

Motel location is convenient, but walking to the botanical gardens and museums is a little further. The parking space is quite sufficient. The only regret is that there is no induction cooker in the room. It is not convenient to cook. Fortunately, I brought the rice cooker myself. You can take Line 29 at the airport. The room that retired early on the day of the shooting incident flew back to Auckland.

The hotel was booked in advance, but something happened in the middle. The customer service was very nice and responsible, and it was properly resolved. I live relatively close to the lake. It's clean and sanitary. I can cook. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
