I should have done my research. Right off the highway. Our room was next to the elevator, even though I requested a room away from the elevator. Wanted to move rooms, but was on hold for 10 minutes then the call disconnected. We ended up driving home instead of staying.

Such a terrible room I did not even stay took my loss on the room and booked at the Embassy suites. Do not be a fool for the online pictures. This site is under renovations which they forget to mention when they book you a room and then they will not allow you to cancel even with the insurance, shame on you Comfort Inn. You have certainly lost a long time customer

Elevator got stuck going to the room and the hotel staff working said “too many people” when he let us out instead of apologizing. Very rude and it’s clear the staff knows the hotel is unsafe. Will never in my life be staying at this location again. The recommend sending the winter staff to a hospitality class to teach them what hospitality is all about. Absolutely horrible service. The second floor was under renovation and a mess. Construction debris and wet paint as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Contractor had paint spilled on floor. Poor workmanship. No one should have been allowed on that floor while it was under renovation. Also another customer has the window broken out of their truck. Area is not good.
