We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zoetry in Majorca. It's an ideal location for anyone looking for some RnR. The pool and spa facilities are lovely and the restaurants on site offer a wide variety of choice. Staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a nice variety of activities, e.g., complimentary yoga classes. Overall, the hotel offers an oasis of calm with added luxury in the heart of the countryside. We would love to return at a future date.

A really disappointing honeymoon. We had high expectations for Cap Rocat, which unfortunately they didn’t live up to. There were a lot of problems, but will outline the good and the bad. We stayed in room 12 (Sentinels Suite) The good: The staff were friendly and polite The room and grounds were stunning The bad: On arrival we were congratulated on our marriage by name as we were walking to the courtyard. We were then asked by the on duty manager if we had any dietary requirements/allergies. My husband is allergic to fish. My husband and I thought ‘wow’ if this was the level of detail we were going to receive, we would have had the best times of our lives. We had a welcome drink, then was escorted to our room. On arrival there was no recognition/note to congratulate us on our wedding (something we had in the previous 2 hotels on the island) but didn’t think too much into that. There was a bottle of cava and small tapas plate with a variety of snacks. We took them outside our suite. My husband and I started eating the food, there was a skewer with olives, peppers and what looked like chicken. He said ‘Do you think this is fish’ I said ‘it can’t be. She asked if we had any allergies’ Upon putting it in the mouth, my husband realises it was fish. Immediately ran up to bathroom whilst vomiting. I had to run behind him to get his EpiPen After what seems like forever, luckily he was just about ok and didn’t need to go to hospital. We called the concierge who came to take the dish away. There wasn’t an apology, nor a replacement. I had to call them for a replacement, to which on return was all of the other dishes (without a dish substitute’ Hotel response: It was already in your room when you were having a welcome drink in the courtyard. Was too late to change it. At minimum they should have said ‘please don’t eat x dish’ or ‘please leave it as there is fish’. Determined to move on and enjoy our honeymoon, we sat out on the patio relaxing in the pool. Unfortunately the rooms are quite noisy with party boats passing very close by all day, everyday. Docking less that 30m from our room blasting music. I understand the hotel cannot control the boats, but at least make us aware that staying in the most expensive suite at the hotel there is noise pollution and minimal privacy as you have boats and people waving at you. We’d have booked somewhere quieter. There were other issues with missing breakfast items, broken glass left on the patio, turn down service, no ironing board, long waits during dinner, waking us up at 10am with a call, asking for things to the room and the wrong things being delivered plus various others. The on duty manager we expressed this to on our 3rd day didn’t get back to us, so we had to call the new on duty manager to explain the whole situation again. My husband and I have just returned from a short 3-night trip to this hotel and look forward to returning again soon. The hotel is very rural so you definitely need a car to be able to get out and about. It is also very quiet, so if you're looking for a lively resort with entertainment then this isn't the place for you. This is exactly the reason we liked the place so much - lots of peace and quiet to really relax! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. It seemed to be catered more for Spanish and German guests, which is normal in many parts of Mallorca but we had no problems communicating with staff. Rooms very very clean and comfortable. We had access to everything we needed. We didn't use the pools, but there were three well maintained pools. One of the pools was undercover. Plenty of sunbeds were available around the pool. Breakfast was fine and plenty of it. There were some cooked items each day and a selection of breads, cheeses, meats, pastries etc. We didn't eat at the hotel for our evening meal. There is only one dinner option each day, which is displayed on a board in the breakfast room. Unfortunately the options weren't to our taste, so we decided to eat elsewhere before coming back to the hotel in the evening. I would say this is the one limitation to the hotel; there are not any other bars / restaurants nearby so you have to travel or eat before coming back for the day. This wasn't an issue for us, but could see it being inconvenient for others so definitely something to be aware of if you are considering this hotel. You can walk through the vineyards to the Bodegas Vi Rei winery, which is less than a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed doing this and picking up a bottle of wine to enjoy on our balcony. Hotel guests get 10% off in the shop. The winery offer tours and tasting, which is definitely worth trying. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will look to stay here again. My tip to others would be to check out the location before booking - if you are looking for somewhere quiet and out of the way then this hotel would be perfect for you.

Ottimo hotel situato vicino la spiaggia e facile da raggiungere dall’aeroporto

The attention very good. The buffet excellent. The aesthetics and the facilities/rooms are a little old, to be honest, but the bed was very comfortable, clean and for spending the night, it was great. There is no television but, in my opinion, the important things (bed, bathroom, buffet and service) are covered. I would repeat without a doubt. Quality/price ratio very highly recommended.

The hotel is very beautiful, the equipment is incredible, especially the spa and sauna. However, there are problems of soundproofing that is the only concern

Amazing value for money. Very clean room, thoroughly cleaned again daily. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Front desk staff, especially Lisdel, are friendly and helpful. Well located for us as we wanted to be close to Palma but explore the East side of the island (we had a car), so this was close to the highway and also close to the beach, restos, shops. Overall, a great stay.

Family-run hotel with a modern design, the rooms are well furnished as are the bathrooms. The problem lies in the dirt. We were informed that cleaning takes place every two days, and that's okay, but the sheets found stained upon our arrival were not replaced with the cleaning of the room but only the bed was made. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables, residues of disposable soap samples in the shower dating back to the previous guest, shower head with prehistoric limestone residues, minibar (which doesn't cool) with a sort of mold/liquid inside that has been around for who knows how long time was there. A real shame also because the hotel has a good location, strategic for reaching various destinations on the island. Given the hygienic conditions, unfortunately I can't help but advise against the stay.
