We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria.
Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience.
The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of.
Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring.
The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere.
Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Guest UserThe facilities and services were good, and the rooms were quite large for their European scale. However, the service was extremely poor, bordering on discriminatory. We booked the same room type for three nights, but on the first night, the front desk only issued a room key for one night and required us to come downstairs the next morning to check in again. They said we could only extend our stay in the same room if there were vacancies (we showed them our booking confirmation, but they insisted that we had booked different room types for the three nights and had to check out and change rooms every morning?).
We then contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. The hotel claimed that the front desk staff were new and unfamiliar with the procedures, and that this wouldn't normally happen (even if they were unfamiliar with the procedures, their service attitude should have been better). Ctrip's customer service responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to extend our stay for three more nights. However, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

Sherry_Xuan ZThis hotel completely exceeded our expectations! It offers fantastic value for money. The view from our executive room was absolutely breathtaking, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. The building opposite our window was also stunning. There was a large European-style sofa bed in the room, which perfectly complemented the overall decor, and the bathroom was also very generously sized. The air conditioning was excellent – very effective and responsive, allowing us to easily adjust the temperature and intensity for both heating and cooling.
The front desk staff and manager were also wonderful. We hadn't booked for a second night but wanted to extend our stay in the same room, and the manager very flexibly helped us sort it out, which we really appreciated. The bar downstairs is also super pretty and has a magical, dreamy vibe. Overall, it was a great experience! The only tiny suggestion would be for the shower pressure to be a bit stronger – that would make it absolutely perfect. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time we visit Nice.
Its location is also excellent, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient to walk everywhere.

Anonymous UserIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

Guest UserThis hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Guest UserThe hotel elevator is very vintage; it was my first time riding such an old-fashioned lift. The hotel is located in an alley, making it not particularly easy to find late at night. Once we finally found it, our family was the only one checking in, yet we waited for about 20 minutes just to get our room cards. I'm not sure why we were left hanging there waiting for a room at 9 PM... Also, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable; the pillows felt all lumpy.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and many of Nice's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. While it wasn't luxurious, it was clean enough, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and my overall stay straightforward. I also noticed the hotel has a rooftop bar, which looked like a nice feature, although I didn't get the chance to visit it during my stay.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Guest UserSeveral types of coffee are free until 10:30 AM, and water is free all day. The location is excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is inconsistent: some items might be missing. For example, eggs were only available one day out of four, and pancakes were hit or miss. When I booked an extra night, I was checked out of my room and wasn't allowed to leave my belongings in the new room; I was told to come back after 3:00 PM. Overall, some staff members are very kind and helpful, while others are not.
I've attached a photo of the breakfast.
In room 409, the top bunk bed is very uncomfortable; the ladder is too close to the wall, making it difficult to climb.
