The door was closed upon arrival. Afterwards the arrival day was pleasant. A day later, a situation arose that needed to be clarified and the outcome of this clarification is still pending. There are rules in the hotel that should be followed so that the stay is pleasant for the guests. A response from the owner suggests that clarification will be lengthy. As a guest you will be evaluated if you arrive with your pet. The hotel is listed as pet friendly. It was an experience, there is no need for a second time.
