Do not stay at this hotel. Not LGBTQ friendly hotel at all. No visitors are allowed? This is a ridiculous policy ever. Money is better to be well spent on other hotels in Maspalomas area where you get a better service and visitors are allowed. The security guard in front of the hotel was on the phone all the time when he was on duty.

Very Nice and quiet place, Nice room and good cleaning. The staff are very polite and helpfull. However the food is not bad, But kind of boring and tasteless. Even if it change every day Its kind of the same food. Live Music every night if you like that. But otherwise lovely place.

It was our 2nd time here, and once again had a great time. The staff make this place, and are a credit to the hotel. We stayed in room 004, it has a small kitchen area in the living room, which is very comfortable. The bathroom is to a high standard, you don’t need to take shampoo, conditioner or body wash, they are supplied on newly installed wall units. The bedroom is very comfortable, and there are lots of hangers, and storage space, which also includes an ironing board and iron the balcony doesn’t get much sun, and the view is limited, but it’s a quiet room. We were disappointed to be told prior to arriving at the hotel that the Spa was out of action. This was a shame, as for those leaving late can pay €8 to shower and get changed. We paid €75 (£63) for late check out, and were happy to do so, meant we could relax for the last day. There are lots of sunbeds, absolutely no need, nor did we see anyone getting up at the crack of dawn to ‘bag’ one, and the pool staff will move the odd towels that are left. The Yumbo centre is approximately a 20 min stroll away, so many shops and restaurants, can thoroughly recommend Centrum and Royal grill. Taxis are very cheap and always one to be had outside the hotel. We took one to the beach and the lighthouse. Air conditioning is now in both lounge and restaurant, which is a huge improvement. The acts on at night are your typical holiday acts, some good, some not so. Our one ****** was the food, there is plenty, and very varied and always something to find, but we noticed a difference from last year. Each night has a themed night, and some were hit and miss. A couple of nights we left restaurant to go and find something locally. There is also a mini market down by the pool, where, if you are AI you can get baguettes, sandwiches, cakes, ice cream for afternoon etc, and the staff are friendly. Also anything you’ve forgotten at home, can be got here. There is a larger Dino supermarket just down the road on the right, past the Spar, which is a little more expensive. We will be back, but probably just do B&B next time.

Great hotel and staff and we enjoyed it. However, we were on a late flight and were shocked to find there was nowhere to have a shower except the pool shower, which was totally unsuitable, the pool showers are there for pool customers to use the toilet and shower off suncream etc. Not private at all. The reception staff said we could have our room but at a price. It cost us 75 euros to keep the room but it was added stress because they said they could not tell us if it would be available until the morning of the Sunday which is the day we were checking out. I cannot understand why at this late stage it would not be clear if that room was going to be booked. And I find the cost huge for this privilege as we are talking 6 hours (check out is 12 noon). The hotel is faultless and this is the one area which lets them down enormously. I really would like to know whose decision this was to make this "rule". Apart from that the room we had and the breakfast and staff were good but this needs addressing now.

Just returned from a two week holiday on a b & b tariff, generally a good hotel and our studio had good views of the pool and surrounding area , vey clean and the staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was good with a good hot English style breakfast with other options of fish cold meats etc and the orange juice was fresh. Now for the bad news , we had a late return flight and our transfer to the airport at 8.30pm . We obviously wanted to take a shower at around 6 pm and were given the options of either paying 35 euros for an extension of keeping our room until 3.00 pm which was too early for us or pay a staggering 75 euros to keep room until 6.00 pm unbelievably in this day and age they have no complimentary showering facilities only a public toilet used by pool users with no private area to get dressed . I thought those days were long behind us but not at this hotel and trying to get hold of the hotel manager proved impossible because she was never at work she just left her polite staff to deliver the bad news ! Jet 2 reps were also lacking in presence and you had to ring a uk number to get local representation The reception staff admitted this causes problems but do far the directors of the company have done nothing to address the large number of complaints. Will return but try and get an earlier return flight but jet 2 did not have any alternative flights at time of booking again poor in my opinion

Stayed here for 11 nights and right from the start we where greeted by Erik on reception that was very helpful and also made an effort to wish us good night when we came back after a night out. We went bed & Breakfast. The room was quite large, cleaned every day. Safe was free and we were greeted with a completely bottle of water and a small bottle of wine. There’s 3 pools plus a paddling pool. All good. The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. They changed a few items each day but always plenty of choices. The aqua Aerobics was very good. In our last day we booked a 25 minute spa treatment each and used the showers. I had a hot back and neck massage (very good) my partner had a facial that she said was also very good. The hotel is around 20 minutes walk to the Yumbo centre where there is lots of bars and restaurants as well as a crazy golf. There is also other routes to go for food and bars. Left out of the hotel car park and keep going you will see sports bars and other restaurants on the left or a little bit further to Jarden Del Sol. (Highly recommend and great value). All in a great hotel. 5 star form me.

The hotel eat absolutely amazing and the staff were fantastic I did have trouble with a Swedish couple in the middle pool but the lifeguard quickly and carefully handled that situation before it got out of hand which was great (for them) but honestly if you are looking for a relaxed holiday hotel this is the one just avoid the sports pool in the middle if you don’t want people splashing a little bit and having fun.
