Mixed reviews of this hotel so I'll put my own views. Rooms lovely, staff, so amazing, big shout out to lady on desk at breakfast, she's a credit to your hotel, breakfast fine, everything you could want. Lunch and dinner, again all fine, could always find something to eat, I would say meat is bit overcooked, mainly pork. Pool area lovely, day entertainment great. No need to reserve sunbed. Pool bar fine, usual burgers hotdogs, chips. The only negative I have is evening entertainment, only stayed 5 nites but all very bad apart from one guy singing with guitar 🎸. Location of hotel good, taking bout 10 min to walk to centre and beaches

Entertainment is absolutely fab, makes sure all the kids are involved. Always something going on, hotel is just amazing and so friendly, will definitely be back, the mini disco is incredible, all the staff are just amazing, really happy with our stay at bluebay

Me and my partner have just returned from a week at BlueBay. Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews! Breakfast, lunch and dinner had so many choices for even the fussiest eaters. The pool bar had food all day from when breakfast finished til when dinner started. Chips, burgers, toasties, salad, pasta and ice cream. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Shower is amazing, so powerful. We were in B block on the top floor. The only negative about the room I would say is the beds move and are noisy with the slightest movement but they are very comfy. We didn’t use our air con as we didn’t find it too hot at night and just left the patio doors open. We seen a couple of cockroaches but all were outside the room. Never had any bugs inside. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we walked down to the main bit after dinner every night. Yes the pool is cold but it’s refreshing! Every holiday I’ve been on the pool is cold 😂 after a few days we didn’t think it was that cold getting in. Never had an issue getting a sunbed at any time of the day. All of the staff were really nice. The lady who greeted us at meal times was lovely.

After arriving back early hours of this morning, I thought I'd leave a little review.. A group of us, arrived Friday lunchtime, we was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who checked us in quickly and gave us our wrist bands and sent us on our way for lunch as rooms were not quite ready. Lunch was good, there was a variety and tasty. No complaints! We managed to secure some sun beds around 2pm, (good job as needed 7!).. pool was great, music playing, really gave it a vibe.. we was pleased so far. Once we got checked into our rooms, (i had requested a top floor room which we got!) We was pleased with what we had found, clean, spacious and lovely balcony. We found the bed to be comfortable and we slept well the 3 nights we stayed. Dinner every night was themed, which was tasty, enjoyable and hot! The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful if you needed anything. Again, there was decent variety and no complaints here. On to breakfast.. we all thought this was probably the best meal of the day! Cooked breakfast, fresh pancakes, massive choice of pastries etc.. really couldn't fault it.. and the lady on the door, welcoming people is just absolutely amazing. 10/10 effort all round. The pool was great, we ventured into the entertainment venue once but didn't stay long as we was heading out. My only negative was the brand of vodka they was using! Not to everyone's tastes, but I understand it's all to do with cost... (I didn't realise there could be different tastes of unflavoured vodka! 😂) Overall we had a great 3 night/4 day stay.. Would we return (either together as a group or on separate holidays)? YES!! 😄😄

Came here in August as a family of 4 (2 kids, 14 & 10) and it was great. We arrived before check in and were given our all inclusive bands straight away. The pool area is lovely and staff were always about making sure it was clean and litter free. The pool bar was brilliant, more choice the previous places we’ve been. The restaurant is lovely, so much to choose from and different things on offer most days. Breakfast was a personal favourite, especially the eggs. My only complaint (and its tiny), would be the toasters at breakfast weren’t great, you’d need to put your bread through 4 times some mornings - that is literally the only negative thing I could say because we had such a great week. The entertainment staff were fab and the staff on reception were so friendly. R would definitely come again and have recommended to other friends with children.

First of all, I just like to say I don’t understand all the bad reviews. All of the staff are amazing , so friendly and helpful. The rooms are all very clean and tidy. The Pool area is fun and very lively . The food is basic but very good . Keep up the good work guys . Your all doing amazing job .

Friendly clean hotel with helpful and polite staff. Kids entertainment team are amazing with the children. Always on hand to keep the children happy and busy, pools are great especially kids pool with small slides for little ones and plenty of sun lounges

Excellent hotel😊. Comfortable room, it was like an apartment. The dinning experience was pleasant as the host was respectful and welcomed. The food choices was great. The entertainment was good. Large size swimming pool area, which was thoughtfully designed with separate area for families with young children. The swimming pool had a waterfall to help aerate the water. On the 2nd day of my 1 week holiday, I had a fall whilst out in town and injured my right quad muscle. I suffered extreme pain in the muscle. Weight bearing in this leg was excruciatingly painful. I suffered a great deal managing stairs & getting in/out of bed.. I was dreading my travel back home as I would have needed a wheelchair access to the flight etc and taxi home. I wished, I had known sooner of the hotel Osteopathic Massage Therapist, Miguel Angel. On the last day, I had a full body massage and Miguel made me feel comfortable. He had a good interpersonal skills, he was empathetic, respectful and had an excellent technique. His treatment was effective. My injured leg was totally pain free😊 I felt happy and relaxed. I cannot thank Miguel enough for healing me. He is indeed a credit to Blue Bay Hotel
