I agreed to check out at 11:00 at the front desk, but they knocked on my door twice before 11:00. I was very confused and found that my Bluetooth headset was stolen today. There is no heating and the towel warmer in the bathroom does not work. The water in the shower is very small. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, but I arrived at 2:45 pm and was not allowed to check in even though there was a room. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:00, which is very short. I went to Warwick to attend my son's graduation ceremony. The hotel is on the Warwick campus and is very convenient for going to the college and the art center. Because the flight and coach were delayed, we didn't arrive at the hotel until three in the morning. There were still staff on duty waiting for us to check in. The room was very heated. It's enough.
